I have absolutely loved their coverage on my vehicles, life, and renters insurance (when I needed it). You get clear and transparent quotes with no surprises. April is my favorite to talk to, she is very sweet and cares about you as an individual. Every time I have called with a question, she has been able to help right away for the most part. If she can't give me an answer right away, she tells me when she'll get back to me and she absolutely does. I have recommended them to many of my family members and friends. The reason for this review now, is that they updated to a new system and they walked me through it as they were also going through it and answered every question along the way. No question is stupid. Thank you Melva and special shout out to April. Keep staying awesome! On a side note, before staying with State Farm, I was with Farmers and then Progressive. They where nowhere near the caliber of Melva Johnson State Farm."
